Millie Pezzi (A Thousand Pieces)
The MILLE PEZZI SERIES BY JONNA GILL consist of hand painted, paper-on-paper wall sculptures. The process begins with artist Jonna Gill, using acrylics, watercolor, ink and oil pastels on European watercolor papers. She then slashes and sculpts the papers into, often, over a thousand pieces. The pieces are then strategically placed and adhered to create a one of a kind, three dimensional work. Highlighted on this page are her latest works. .
